Apples & Books












Thanks parents for making an investment in your children.  It was great to see everyone reading together and enjoying a healthy snack.  Please don't feel bad if you missed the event.  There will be others during the year.  Reading with your child is one of the most memorable experiences you can give your child.

Science Egg-speriment







We learned today that eggs absorb vinegar.  The egg's shell is made up of calcium carbonate and is "eaten" up by the acidic vinegar, leaving behind only the inner membrane and giving them a rubbery feel. It dissolves the shell completely.  Check us out!

Working as a Group




We learned about working in a group today.  Remember: Sit in a circle so all voices can be heard and respect all our group member's comments.  We worked on making our class rules together in our groups.
